During a subsequent review of the submittal package, it was observed that an earlier version of Form 2C — Wastewater Discharge Information was submitted without effluent characterization data for three parameters due to required analysis hold times. The resample characterization data is as follows: Attached are revised forms V-2 and V-4 to reflect this updated information.
