On May 18, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring sulfide during the monitoring week ending January 3,
2015, at Outfall 001. Based on the amended December 2014 DMRs received on May 18, 2015, that
noted sulfide monitoring on December 31, 2014, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice
