Please find below the answers to the questionnaire sent by your office pertaining to the
aforementioned NPDES Permit.
1. The Design intake for the facility- 1.0 mgd.
2. Average three (3)year intake—24.9 mg
3. Percent of withdrawn water used for cooling—less than 5 percent
The facility was installed for process water for our dyeing operations, not cooling water.
Cooling water was a nice byproduct of the process water.
Our facility was "shuttered" in December 2014 and there are no short term plans for this
facility.
