of the NPDES renewal application submitted in 2014 for the subject facility. Please include this
supplemental information in those packages for your review.
The area of wetness in the table below was discovered since the last permit application update. Since its
discovery,the area of wetness has had insufficient flow for a water quality sample to be taken.

otherwise tan colored soils along the bank.
