Thanks again Dale. So I guess I’ll just withdraw the application, right?

Cherri,
No worries. For Rembert Drive, after a meeting on site with the Corps we were told that we did not need a NWP for this
work as they deemed that the channel at the point of the pipe outlet was not jurisdictional waters.
Thank you,
Dale

Dale, I’m sorry for the confusion, but I did the 401 and Buffer Authorization for Lodestar Drive. The one I’ve had on hold
since October is 5005 & 5009 Rembert Drive. I think both of these projects came in at about the same time so I was
emailing the consultant regarding both of them. Do you know the status of 5005 & 5009 Rembert Drive? Thanks and
sorry again.

Yes, we do need 401 and buffer authorization. I have attached the Corps approval from October 2015.

Thanks Dale. Do you still need a 401 and Buffer Authorization for this project because I’ve had it on hold since I’ve never
got confirmation on what Corps’ Nationwide Permit applies?

Cherri,
We are working on getting agreements from the property owners. Once we obtain those we should begin
construction. We are hopeful to start next month, but all is dependent upon the property owners.
Thank you,

Hi Dale,
I’m trying to tie up loose ends here at the Raleigh Region before I vacate the premises so I’m just trying to find out the
status of the Lodestar Drive Storm Drainage Improvements project that I’ve had on hold since October of 2015. If you
could just let me know, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
