Dear Sir/Madam
Per our Tier Two requirements,regarding the exceeded benchmark in Total Suspended Solids,(TSS),our
implementation of a monthly monitoring in area of concern,"Outfall 1",beginning in January have resulted
in"No Flow"for the month of April.
We therefore were unable to collect a sample for this month.We plan to continue to diligently with our
monthly monitoring for the parameter of TSS until we obtain three consecutive sample results within the
benchmark range.
