To Whom It May Concern:
A sewer permit violation for daily max BOD occurred on 11-23-2016 with a result of 26_ mg/I
which exceeded the daily maximum limit of 15 mg/I. The monthly average was a 5.4 mg/I which is well
below the limit of 10 mg/l. The D.O. was extremely high at 6.74 mg/I at time of sampling so operational
changes were made to lower D.O.
