APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF NC EEP MITIGATION PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Erickson:
On June 25, 2008, the Division of Water Quality received a letter dated June 19, 2007, from your agent,
Melanie McKinney, regarding an extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-
referenced project as required in Condition No. 6 of your 401 Water Quality Certification, issued to you on
April 17, 2008. The DWQ will extend the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced
project to August 17, 2008.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-
referenced project as required in Condition No. 6 of your 401 Water Quality Certification and does not
authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested
within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or Mr. Ian
