Dear Mr. Davis:
Reference the Department of the Army permit issued on June 22, 2005 and your written
request of May 15, 2008, for a permit modification to add an additional 30 linear feet of CMP
and 10 linear feet of riprap for channel stabilization at the culvert outlet at permit site number 20
(Sta. 144+20). The additional length of culvert is needed to accommodate the cross-section of
the widened roadway.
The permit is hereby modified to include the work as shown on the enclosed plans. It is
understood that all conditions of the original permit remain applicable and that the expiration
date is unchanged.
