To Whom It May Concern:
A sewer permit violation for application rates occurred on 10-9-2016 with a flow of 190,000 gpd.
This exceeded the daily application limit of 180,000 gpd discharge area. This was due to 9.9 inches of
rain produced by Hurricane Matthew which resulted in heavy flooding in the Corolla Light S/D. The
monthly average limit was in compliance.
