Dear Mr. Harris:
Please reference your letter dated April 3, 2008 requesting written confirmation to
close the Royal Oak Swamp Mitigation site. Based on the August 2007 monitoring report
and an April 24, 2008 -field meeting, we concur with your recommendation that the
construction and success criteria requirements of the Restoration Plan for the Royal Oak
Swamp Mitigation Site have been satisfied and that monitoring of the site can be
discontinued.
