Side bar conversation. With regard to the area where the stormwater BMP is proposed, Dave Bailey and I have in our
notes that the area was VERY low quality, so if there is an area where we would want that to be placed, that would be it.

Hi Samantha,
I was just wondering if you'd had a chance to look at the Waterstone project that Spangler Environmental has recently
submitted. Impact Areas B and D are most problematic from my perspective because we typically don't like to see
wetland fill for lots and it looks like Street B can be shifted. Also, Impact Area A consists of putting a stormwater BMP
within a stream which is also something that's typically not viewed favorably.
Since you've been to the site, I'm interested in your perspective on this project. Thank you for your help.
