Hi Nikki. I'm reviewing the PCN and attachments for the above referenced bridge to culvert replacement project, and
found an item that needs to be addressed before I can proceed with verifying the use of the NWP 14:

During our JD field verification on 6/1/2016 we added areas of wetlands around the bridge. Bob Lepsic (ARCADIS)
flagged and GPS'd them and forwarded the updated JD map a few weeks after (attached). The wetland areas added
during the field visit are not shown on the project plans. Further, portions of these new wetland areas are likely to be
impacted by the proposed project. As such, please update the project plans with the most up-to-date wetland file and
update the PCN accordingly, including proposing wetland compensatory mitigation if appropriate.

Please email the updated information to my attention within 30 days or we may withdraw and close the file. As always,
let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
