To Whom It May Concern:
A sewer permit violation for application rates occurred on 9-9-21 & 9-22, 2016 with a flow of
191,000 and 204,000 gpd. This exceeded the daily application limit of 160,000 gpd discharge area.
This was due to a low pressure system producing 11.5 inches of rain on the 20th with extreme area
flooding. Robert Tankard (DWQ) was notified 9/20/2016 of extreme flows at WWTP. The monthly
average limit was in compliance.
