Further detailed design of this utility crossing in combination with the existing elevations of a manhole on the adjacent property has determined the sanitary sewer casing to be above the bed of the stream. Therefore this modification request is to propose a permanent impact within the same footprint of the previously approved temporary impact of the sanitary sewer crossing of Smith Creek. Additionally, impacts associated with stream stabilization are being proposed. Please attach a map of site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and County soil survey. Location of project site - please include reference to the county, nearest named town and street name or highway number: Project located on the southwest of the intersection of Rogers Road & Forestville Road Wake County, Wake Forest, NC.
