Reason for Visit: Routine Yes No NA NE ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: This was a visit to Site 2 to review stream channel conditions followinq a bvpass. Jerrv P(DOE Div 7) was concerned that sediment would be flushed downstream to a pond. He directed sand baqs be qlace across the channel prior to returninq the stream to the channel so that water could pool behind it allowinq sediment to settle out vs. transported downstream. Stream flow was extremelv low and was barelv flowinq if at all. I suqqested a turbiditv curtain be installed in the downstream pond to manaqe anv sediment that flushes with the next storm. No determination has been made at this point. page: 2
