Freeboard was not maintained at 2' due to excessive amounts of rainfall, resulting in wet field conditions. Annual 12 month floating total was exceeded on Fields 2, 3, 4, 5, and 9 due to increased irrigation
preparation for the upcoming hurricane season. Hourly hydraulic loading was exceeded on Field 2 on 9/5/16.
