Here are the lengths, depths, and location of the non-permitted site.
Site 10: approx.. 50’ at depths of skim to 2”-removal complete
Site 12: approx.. 600-800’ at depths of skim to 3”-removal complete
Non-permitted site, approximate coordinates 36.143256, -80.159007: 200’ of stream at depths of skim to 2”, and skim to inch in wetland. Sediment in stream being removed, but not in
wetland. Wetland removal
would cause too much disturbance.

Thanks again for letting me know. I do not need to see these this time, unless there is something you find that’s notable. Let me know how much sediment is removed and the extent of
impact for all sites (Sites 10,
12) and the lat long for this one.

We found an additional loss on the western side of 158, sheets 5 and 21. There’s a js stream that starts beyond the RW and feeds into a wetland. This is not a permit site, as we weren’t
impacting the jurisdictional
portion of the channel. I’ll review tomorrow afternoon, and direct clean up. The loss occurred due to a basin being overwhelmed.

To follow up from my call yesterday, during the rains from 10-7 to 10-8, the project received 3 to 4” of rain. The majority of the project held up really well. The following losses
occurred.
Site 10: sediment deposition from pipe outlet to first baffle. Sediment removal in progress. Loss came from devices being overwhelmed.
Site 12: sediment deposition for the length of the channel to the tie in with Kerners Mill Creek (site 11). Sediment removal in progress. Loss came from basin overtopped depositing
sediment into the woods and the
jurisdictional stream. Sediment removal in progress.
Crews are working to repair urgent and routine erosion control items.
