The information provided doesn’t include the attachments that gives the project description. It appears by the impacts
and some language in the avoidance and minimization this is a bridge to culvert project. If that is the case I would like to
see more detail on the culvert design. I don’t think from a fisheries resource perspective I will have a lot of concern,
however this project is in an urbanizing watershed. It appears to have two bridge crossing upstream. I have some
concern that a culvert in this location could have issues as the watershed develops with downstream stability as well as
a potential aquatic barrier.
