To Whom It May Concern:
A daily max. Fecal sewer permit violation occurred on 8-30-2016 with a result of 73 per 100
ml with a daily max limit of 25 per 100ml. The fecal monthly average was in the permit limit. The chlorine
residual at the composite sampler had a free chlorine residual of .33 mg/L and a total chlorine of .87 mg/L
when I took samples 8/30/16. Chlorine at the traveling bridge flow meter was .99 mg/L total and a free
chlorine residual of .46 mg/L when I took grab sample for fecal. We have raised feed rate to obtain a
total chlorine residual of 2.0 mg/I and free residual around 1.0 mg/I.
