Hi, Chad! Hope all's well down in Wilmington these days.
I just looked at the PCN for Brunswick Forest Subdivision. The mitigation plan is
fine as far as the restoration techniques and monitoring that are proposed. It
looks like they're a long way from accounting for all impacts and showing avoidance
and minimization, so mitigation requirements may well change by the time a permit is
issued. Good luck with review of the project, and feel free to contact me if you
have any concerns about mitigation-related issues.
