The DWQ received on April 25, 2008 your written response to the Request
for More Information letter dated April 15, 2008; however, DWQ requires
five (5) sets of the response to begin the review and approval process.
Please submit four (4) more sets at your earliest convenience. Please
do not reply to this email or via fax. All response correspondence is
to be mailed via hard copy to the 401 Oversight and Express Permits
Unit, 2321 Crabtree Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604 unless otherwise noted.
