Dear Ms. Karoly:
ECS has received your letter, dated April 18, 2008, requesting a Cumulative Impact Assessment
report for the above-referenced project. As stated on the cover letter for my application, "The
project has not changed .from the previous submittal, therefore plans and the secondary and
cumulative impact assessments that were originally submitted in 2006 are still applicable and
have not been included with this revised PCN." Also as stated in my permit application, the 0.064
acres of temporary wetland impact has .already been conducted under the previous permit
authorization, and therefore does not need to be reauthorized as part of this application. If you
need another copy of the Cumulative Impact Assessment report or any other information please
