Per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a "drainage area" is defined as "the entire area contributing surface runoff to a single point." The watershed delineations provided in attachment 5 do not provide information about the specific discharge points and their associated drainage areas. Please provide a drainage area map that shows all of the stormwater discharge points, their drainage areas and the percent imperviousness of the drainage areas must be provided. This map must be at a readable scale of 1" = 100' or larger. 2. A Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) must be provided for any drainage areas that exceed 24 percent imperviousness. (Attached single family homes typically exceed 24 percent imperviousness.) For any drainage areas that require an SMP, lease provide a BMP Supplement Form for each proposed best management practice that will be used on the site (including both worksheets, Design Summary and Required Items Checklist), as well as all of the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are available on the DWQ web site at: http://h2o.eiir.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm.
