Jennifer: Thanks for the info on the impacts. We hope to complete our review
and permit decision within a couple of weeks.
By copy of this e-mail, I am informing Rob that the Corps has finalized the
JD verifications for all of the impacted waters as shown in the August 2007
application, and there are no changes, so NC-DWQ should be able to finalize
their 401.
Please reply or call if you have any questions or if I may serve you in any
other way.

I received your voicemail message from yesterday.
The impacts have not changed since the permit applicaiton provided to you at
the end of August 2007.
What timeframe are you looking at for permit issuance?
Does Rob Ridings know that all the wetlands are under USAGE jurisdiction so
that he can issue the 401?
