I'll forward your email to our database manager Laurie Dennison, who does process these. I'm not clear on what you mean - are you mailing the check and package separately? Did you want us to receive the application, then call Dina (does she have the check?) and ask her to mail it to us, then match them up? This is rather confusing. It would be good for you to call Laurie and explain this situation in detail to her so that she will know what to expect. As I mentioned before, the checks and apps are expected to be bundled under normal circumstances due to the large number of incoming applications. Deviations from this process would need to be explained to Laurie so that she won't return your application for the fee. You can reach her at 919-715-3404. Thanks.
