In accordance with the stated requirements for the above permit, I am
enclosing the Certificate of Completion, indicating that the minor filling for
the above project was completed in accordance with the permitted approval.
I have only done the minor fill, and have not constructed any dwelling on the
property. Also, in accordance with directions by CAMA, the appropriate silt
fence was installed and a general sloping was created, leading to the silt
fence to ensure that no sand would move into the adjoining wetland areas.
