I received the spread sheet and plans for the proposed replacement of bridge 251 SR 1549 (Bradshaw Road), in Rowan
County. My review concurs with the low impact bridge verification consistent with Sec 404 permit authorization under
NWP 3.

This verification has been reviewed and the current NLEB Scenario/Situation 1, 4(d) rule has been applied to the action.
