The period for sampling ends on June 30, 2016. Samples were collect from SW001, SW005, and SW006 on April 27, 2016. The laboratory results were received on May 11,2016. SW008 was sampled on May, 12, 2016 and laboratory results were received on May 17,2016. Five of the analytes (Cadmium, Copper, Lead, Silver, and Zinc) sampled above the benchmark values for analytical monitoring at SW005. SW005 mercury was 279 ng/L above the 12 ng/L North Carolina water quality standard. Duke Energy has performed the steps required by the Tier One status at this outfall.
