Enclosed are the results of our First Semi-Annual Storm Water Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report of 2016. We have exceedances for Copper in Outfalls 1, 2
and 3, and exceedances for Zinc at Outfalls 1 through 4. We were granted relief
from the Tiered responses for our Copper and Zinc exceedances in January of
2015.
Our improvement to the area surrounding the storm drains which lead to Outfall 3
' has decreased the amount of Suspended Solids at the outfall. We were below
benchmark again for this test making this the second consecutive test under
benchmark.
The lab who conducted the sample analysis, Pace Analytical, was unable to
obtain a pH reading from our samples this test period. I contacted Mr. James
Moore at the Mooresville Regional Office and he directed me to proceed with this
submittal as long as when we have our next rain event we gather a pH sample
from all outfalls and submit the data at that time.

Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the r-q! irement for TTO monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other ele ei is listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver,the discharger shall sign the following certification s�a •menta
