This letter states that a stormwater management plan is not required for DWQ since we are less than 30% impervious area. Of course we still have to comply with the City of Raleigh stormwater requirements. We are getting ready to submit for girding permit with the City of Raleigh and we need to be sure no additional approvals are needed from Di4Q so that we can advise the City.
