Site is an existing pump station. Work will involve constructing a 200 sf concrete pad in Zone 2 of the stream
buffer.

Approximately 1,300 LF of perennial stream.

Rehabilitation of the Sycamore pump station to reduce the potential for system failures.

Exterior work in buffer includes installation of an exterior concrete equipment pad for a future odor control tank. A
rubber tired backhoe would be used to clear the area and place subbase stone. Concrete to be placed via
overhead crane or pump truck from parking area on other side of building outside buffers.

The design was based on best engineering practices to locate the concrete pad in a location that does not
require disturbance for forested buffer by placing the pad on maintained grass.

Construction will use existing gravel drive for access, implement required erosion and sediment control measures,
and specialized equipment to avoid any additional land and buffer disturbance.
