Comment: Overall the proiect appeared to be built per the plans. There was one question with culvert installation
reaardinq the required burial condition. At present, the culvert was lavinq on top of the stream channel but
not perched. We will conduct a follow-up review to determine if perchinq results and then make corrective
actions as deemed necessarv.
