drainage easement. �wnership of, and responsibifity for improvement and
maintenance of storm water focilities in this easement remains with the Grantor.

22. SITE LIGHTING NOTES: Measures shall be provided to prevent light
spillover onto adjacent properties and glare toward motor vehicle
operators. Exterior lights shall be shielded so that they do not cast

Certificate of Compiiance being issued. Methods to accomplish this may

reduction in the number of fixtures, reduction of wattage ofi bulbs, etc.
All of this information, inciuding details, will be required on building
plans prior to issuance of building permit.
