The purpose of this letter is to retract the November 30, 201 5 Notice of Deficiency letter
sent to Duke Energy concerningL the July 2015 I)MR for the Belews Creek Steam Station. The
letter cited the monthly limit violation of Copper. It was determined that there was analytical data
conversion error and the amended result was not a limit violation.
