On January 21, 2016,the Division issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) against Daniel ,louathan Stowe
Conservancy—Damel Stowe Botanical Garden NNIA-P. The NOV was based upon a violation of the
reporting requirement by tailing to file the November 2015 Discharge Monitoring Report with the
Division of Water Resources within the thirty (30)da_y reporting period. Subsequent to your receipt of
the NOV, Christine Cordy contacted the Division indicating that the November 2015 DNIR was submitted
on December 24, 2015 by e-mail to DWR staff. The c-mailed copy was received by our staffon
December 2.5. 2015. As a result, 1 have withdrawn the NOV against Daniel Jonathan Stowe Conservancy
—Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden WIT Cor the cited violation and directed that the record of this violation
be removed from our tiles. Ilowever, original signed (wet signature) topics should be sent to the address
indicated oil the DMIZ lorms. Electronic submission is available only by eDMR and will be a perluit
requirement when your permit is renewed.
