Yourindicates that we have not received a DMR report for October 2015. Failure to submit a timely DMR subjects you to civil penalty assessments not to exceed$25,000 per violation.If this facility is not or was not discharging,you are still required to submit a monthly DMR indicating"no discharge"or"no flow."In accord with the NPDES Program,DMRs are due no later than the last day of the month following the month of reporting,i.e.,a June report is due no later than July 31 [Part II,Condition D(2); 15A NCAC 2B.506(a)].
