The permit was issued to James L. Maxwell and H.G. Maxwell, III, authorizing work adjacent to North River, 237 Maxwell Drive, Harker's Island, Carteret County, North Carolina. The current proposal involves the relocation of the spoil retention area to this site described on the attached workplan drawing dated "received Morehead City 2/20/08". Based on the Division's review, the current proposal continues to meet the criteria found in the general use standards as well as the specific use standards for spoil retention areas. Therefore, as long as the development is conducted in accordance with the attached workplan drawing, consider CAMA Major Permit #15-08 refined to allow for the project. Please attach this letter of refinement to the permit file to allow Division staff to review when they are monitoring the project. I do appreciate your efforts to comply with the permit requirements of the Division, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at 252-808-2808. erely, ~l Doug Huggett Major Permits Coordinator Cc: DCM -Morehead City TD Eure Construction Company Attn.
