Dear Mr. Hughes:
On July 10, 2007, Mr. Barry Love of this Office conducted an inspection at the subject site. Several
violations were found as a result of that inspection. On December 19, 2007 a follow-up inspection was done.
During this inspection it was observed that the road crossings had been corrected, and the other stream/wetland
impacts had been removed. Thank you for your efforts to get this site into compliance. The findings of the
inspection indicate that the issues in the Notice of Violation have been adequately addressed.
