Rob,
I found a small discrepancy with the buffer numbers for Zone 1 at Sites 1 and 2. The buffer modification
letter sent on April 11, 2007 ask for additional buffer impacts for Zone 1 at Site 2, which somehow got
transposed when the buffer modification was issued to additional buffer impacts for Zone 1 at Site 1.
Therefore in applying for a re-issuance of the Nationwide 14 permit the buffer impacts needs to be
switched. The impacts should state: Zone 1 -Site 1:2,050 ft2
Zone 1 -Site 2:9,222 ft2
