Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 2826 Top Hill Road, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance
with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)general permit, with certificate of coverage
number NCG200463, is submitting two copies of our May 2016 Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR).
This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),and total suspended solids(TSS).
In addition to the outfall, a background sample was collected for comparison. As summarized, the results
for TSS, Cu, and Zn exceeded the BMVs at the outfall but not at the background location.The results are
summarized below.
