Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) has completed a jurisdictional wetland and surface water
delineation for the approximately 19-acre Carpenter Property, located adjacent to Green Level to
Durham Road (SR 1701) in Wake County, North Carolina. As requested in your Express
Review Acceptance Letter dated February 22, 2008, attached are five collated copies of the
USGS quadrangle map, NRCS soil mapping, and vicinity map.
We are currently scheduled to review two streams on the property on Wednesday, February 27 at
1:30 PM. Please call me if you have any questions or need any further information.
