This letter is to inform you the stormwater management / watershed protection plan for the proposed
site development plan titled "Wendover Commons" located at 4158 W. Wendover Avenue in
Greensboro, North Carolina was approved by Water Resources Department on May 12, 2016.
Through the submission and approval of his site development plan by Water Resources Department
the developer has shown the appropriate level of identification and protection of streams, buffers and
wetlands on the site. We offer this letter as our concurrence with the issuance of the appropriate
permits by the Division of Water Resources pending the fulfillment of all of your requirements.
