I finally got this quote attached from a seawall builder -most don't return calls. (sellers market )
I signed one contract with LKN seawalls last December and he stalled and stalled and finally in late april said "it might
be June 1 but wont charge me any more if I use someone else"
I said "charge me anymore" ive paid 2k. he replied it was for " permits" but I found he hadn't applied with DENR or
duke.. and I got my 2k back.
6 months it never get back!
Anyway.. theres big oak on edge we want to save. I want to prevent more "under cutting"
