Project was designed specifically to avoid any impact of zone 1 and to have minimal impact of zone 2. Cantilevers and maximum framing allowances were used to insure minimal disturbance to the ground. Project remains completely within current manicured yard and doesn't extend into natural areas. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. All construction to be done by hand. All materials to be walked to and from streetside so no heavy equipment or vehicles will be impacting the buffer. Footings to be dug by hand and concrete to be mixed by hand. 2. Buffer Mitigation 2a.
