This project consists of a proposed ten (10) foot wide greenway trail that connects the existing greenway at Deep River Road with the existing greenway near the Piedmont Environmental Center located at Penny Road. The proposed greenway will span over the E. Fork of Deep River and five (5) jurisdictional streams. Care has been taken to minimize impacts by utilizing bridges and/or elevated timber boardwalks at all stream crossings, all stream buffers, and all wetlands. Attached for your review are the following for the Penny Road Greenway project: 1. Five (5) complete and collated copies of a Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Application Form 2. A check for review fees in the amount of $570.00 3. Two (2) full size (36"x24") sets of plans for the entire project 4. Three (3) 11"x17" sets of plans for the entire project 5. Five (5) copies of supporting documentation (Previous correspondence, Wetland Determination Data Forms, NCDWR Stream Identification Forms, and a JD form) Thank you for your assistance with this project.
