Our disturbance is perpendicular to the buffer for installation of a single gravity sewer pipe. Since our utility is perpendicular and straight through the buffer would it fall under the allowable condition of a perpendicular crossing greater than 40 LF but less than 150 LF with a maintenance corridor less than 10 ft?
