Thanks Tim. My only comment would be that if you look at BMPs for credit as mentioned in the memo, you would still
need to make sure the conservation easement included the BMP even though it would be outside the 50 foot buffer.
Also we would likely require additional monitoring and performance standards if the BMP was approved. The mitigation
plan would need to document this and we would need to approve the credit proposal.
