Success Criteria has been met and DWR is fine with Credit release for these sites. Here are comments for requested revisions to next year's monitoring reports: Lower Cape Fear – White Springs Tract The White Springs Tract is generally meeting success criteria therefore DWR had no significant concerns for MY1. DWR requests that baseline data be added to cross section figures, a figure with photo points be added, and passing and failing wells (or plots if this occurs in the future) be differentiated (Figure 3). Lower Cape Fear UMB – Sneeden Tract 5-3-16 For the wetland restoration are 0.5 acres of causeway was removed and planted with Cypress, DWR understands that no veg plots were required. Please briefly summarize how the trees are doing and provide a photo of this area for the MY3 report. There were no channel geomorphology results for the physical demonstration of riffle, pool, and run stability. Please provide information on the stability of the channel for the MY3 report. This site is very wet. Five of the six wells exceeded the 2” of standing water for 10% of the growing season limit for success and three wells E3, E5, and E6 ponded for >40% of the growing season. How is the existing vegetation surviving in these areas?
