Division of Water Resources (NCDWR). The proposed project is a residential subdivision. For more details see the attached site plans, maps and PCN form. The proposed impacts are for stormwater BMP discharges thru the buffer and an aerial sewer line crossing. Impacts to the buffer for the BMP bypass and aerial sewer are to a features DWR staff considered subject to the Neuse Riparian buffer rules. The Corps considered the same features jurisdictional, but no impacts requiring their authorization are included in this application. The buffer impacts for the aerial sewer crossing are Exempt activities under the buffer rules but are described in this application for completeness.
